I just picked up this 74 Standard for $400. It's only got 31,000 miles on her, but has been sitting for about 10 years. Mosty complete except for the back seat, which was taken out for a battery service and was then lost in a tornado! Yes, this bug survived outdoors during a tornado...the family lost they're house, shop, and almost everything they owned, but this bug survived with just a lost back seat. She's pretty dirty right now, but I did wash and wax a fender and was pleasantly surprised by the shine of the paint underneath the grime. I think she'll clean up pretty good! There is some rust, but nothing too bad... anyway, on to the pics!
