Lenny_2's 2000 Jeep TJLenny_2's 2000 Jeep TJ

This is a 2000 Jeep Wrangler TJ Chili Pepper Edition converted to the "SJ"     (Street Jeep)

It has been chopped 5", lowered 3".  It has 20" chrome rims with rubberbands, custom sidepipes, stainless steel bumpers.

I took the junk out of the trunk with custom LED tail lights, no rear tire, no license plate bracket, piano hinge tailgate.

Rear seat is removed and a trunk built with carpet. You can  see part of it in the rear picture.....No worries about leaving an open Jeep.

Seats are lowered, roll cage chopped. Rides like a stock Jeep but handles like a sports car and still 4WD

Engine is a 4.0 with a cold air box and after market valve cover connected to a 5 speed tranny.

The sidepipes added, my mileage went from 17 mpg to 20mpg and they sound excellent. Not like any Jeep you have heard.

Selling my old tires & rims, soft top, mirrors, tail lights, spare tire & bracket, bumpers, etc, this was a very cheap and easy conversion.

You can get my "How to build a "SJ" book at Lennyz1@hotmail.com

This isnt really my style but it does look nice! Just wondering if youve swapped the motor or if your planning to? I think a V8 would really set it off. Check out mine
