This is my 93 240. It has 113,000 miles and runs like a dream. I removed the stock airbox and now run the line so that my filter is just behind the grille. It sucks in the coldest air available and adds a nice throaty tone. The only major engine repairs needed was the replacement of 2 coolant lines and new engine mounts.

The black strip of paint was added to cover some rust removal. That was the only rust on the vehicle.

Here you can see how I rerouted the exhaust from the stock location to just behind the rear passenger tire. The piping is now 2.5 inch and runs through a bored cat. The muffler is a dynomax super turbo glass pack.
