my 1996 caprice police package i payed $2,950 with 128,475 miles on her I have big plans for this car  I had so mutch fun building my other 1995 impala ss clone i'm doing another one  but this time it's a 5.7  not a 4.3 caprice classic

the passanger side front fender has  a dent on the under side of the fender  and has a few rust spots on the fender and trunk lid not bad frame is rust free

 

 I have all the impala interior so that's not a problem with my clear corner lenses

I started to do some body work already i shaved the hood emblem and the chrome trim on the trunk and i pulled the the chevy bowtie trunk emblem and put on a impala trunk  lid and i rewired the trunk releases switch it's in the glove box not on the driver side like it was    my next big wiring trick is to put power seats in the police package caprice then paint here  black  i have the impala ss wheels with tires ready to go on i'm just having a hard time finding the power seat wiring harness

 ebones's 1996 Chevrolet Impala i started taking out the blue floor carpet andputing in my grey floor carpet and grey seat belts

I have the holes drilled forthe center consolebracketsand ihave the 1995 impala ss console  ready to install but i need a few parts first to finish

I did the body work on the spot light hole i found this  half inch hard plastic plate and cut it to fit and bondo it up

            i started painting the blue steering column grey  i sanded down then wiped it clean taped parts off then pained  i think i did a good job I could not tell it was blue before
