This is a '77 Jeep J20 Ambulance. It was an Air Force ambulance used in Iowa. Then it went to the city of Gray, Iowa where it apparently wasn't used very much. Finally it was bought at a state surplus internet auction.
There weren't many of these out there to begin with and very few survived to make it into civilian life. Most or all of them were used in the U.S on bases. This one had very detailed maintenance records covering almost all of it's 12,900 miles.
As of now, we haven't added any modifications. It has needed a little work just from sitting for a while. It has an AMC 360 engine, T18 transmission, Dana 20 transfer case and an original Ramsey pto winch.
