well... i guess it's hard to tell... if you go buy some nice "Xenon Style" bulbs (prob. around 25-40$ each) you might get a good look from them, however no "Xenon Style" bulbs in a halogen lighting setup are going to be as nice as if you went with a HID Conversion kit that comes with true xenon bulbs and ballast's. you can get it done for under 100$ and trust me once you install them you will be glad you spent a little extra money to go with the HID setup... check out this ebay auction... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Xenon-HID-10000K-H1-Conversion-Kit-Audi-A6-97-98-99-05_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp3286Q2ec0Q2em14QQhashZitem53dc68051aQQitemZ360180090138QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories that should give you a good idea of what you should be looking for... look for something between 6000K and 10,000K (anything higher ends up looking blue or purple) this will give you a nice bright white look that will be SO MUCH BETTER than the yellow that you have with your factory bulbs. haha sorry for the novel i just wrote you, hope that this helps you make your decision a little easier! Post some new pics of your ride, i just added some to mine! -GermanCars4Ever

tinted lights sound good... i dunno if i woudl go as far as to tint the headlights tho. if you do only go like 30% especially with halogens (i would look into upgrading to xenons... dont go and buy bulbs or anyting cause they dont look the part and they get to hot and will melt your housings) I'm thinking about tinting the tails on my ride too... not a bad idea.. think about cutting out the reverse light when you do that.. it looks good. also, i saw someone locally who blacked out the crome ring around his grill on his hood.. looked really good, especially on a car that wasn't black... also, consider chrome accents on the grills next to your fogs. i put them on my A6, and they give it a really classy look. only cost 10$. used some chrome door trim that i got from auto zone, cut to size, and stick them on the slats.. good luck. check out my whip. -Steven
