1968 Chrysler New Yorker
This is my brother's 1968 Chrysler New Yorker. His first car was the 1973 Dodge Coronet that I am driving today. When he joined the Air Force he ended up having to sell the Dodge to my dad. When he came back he wanted another old car and he looked for quite a while until he finally found this one. Well he is moving out of town soon and had originally intended to sell this car. He just recently decided not to sell it. Seeing as I have never driven a big block car and always wanted to he is letting me drive it for the next week or two before he moves. I have cleaned out the interior and washed it since getting it from him. This revealed just how great of a condition this luxury car is in.

The grill is mean looking. While cleaning it I discovered the grill is all metal. That would explain why its in much better shape than the grill on my Coronet.

I really like the rear end of this car and the picture on the right shows just how huge of a vehicle this is.

The interior is in incredible condition. All the upholstery is completely original.

The engine is a 440 big block. Not the high performance version but still a blast to drive. It dwarfs the 318 Im used to driving.

I'll get more pictures up as soon as I can. Hope you like it. Be sure to check out my Dodge Coronet and my brand new Dodge Power Ram.
