It looks like you radio screen went out, mine did too :(. Here is a good like on how to replace it http://clublexus.com/forums/es300-and-es330/203083-fixing-the-radio-lcd.html You can buy the screen directly from pioneer (they made the lexus premium audio) I do believe.

I love the wood grain all over the place. How do you like your Pioneers? I have a Pioneer head unit and I am now thinking of getting a Pioneer shallow mount for the rear deck. All this in my 97' ES, check it out tell me what you think.
