I built a Redneck cheap-o snorkel. Ive used these before with great results. The best part is that it only cost me $35 bucks to make it! Still building a sheild for the filter so its not out in the open.

Pulled out the junk little 2.8L V6 and getting it ready for a Chevy 350 V8 swap. Usin a TH350 and 203 T-case for now, later Ill swap it out for a 205 and maybe a 700R4

Odd that you went w/ Toyota axles..make all of the internals more expensive. I don't know what people use typically on an S10 but I'd think D44, no? Isn't that snorkel going to suck water up when it rains? Cool truck either way..need some Hella 4000's for that roof..
