My new winter/daily driver. 1990 Dodge Spirit ES. Amazing shape, bought for $600 with just over 207,000KM. Few minor electrical issues, simply replaced a few fuses and almost everything works. Has heated/power mirrors, power drivers seat, power locks and windows. Removable sun roof, ES ground effects, fog lamps.
Just replaced the pin stripping as it was painted on so I couldn't simply remove it, also re-painted the mirrors.
The word 'Dodge' and 'Spirit ES' peeled off so I threw on the Dodge emblem from the trunk of a 2009 Charger.
Came with mousey filled 3.0L V6. I cleaned out all the mouse poo and the mouse nest in my air box, replaced the filter and threw on a spare 52mm throttle body I had laying around. Car runs amazing, not a thing wrong and with all the little electrical issues fixed and it cleaned up the car has easily doubled in value... not that I want to sell it.
