Welcome all to my build thread. I am in the process of rebuilding my 1997 Nissan Maxima to where i want it to be. First off i have a 2003 3.5 motor that has been bored .20 over and has forged eagle rods and forged wiseco pistons. I have arp L19 head studs, arp main studs, and cometic headgasket. For head work i have 350z revup valve springs and retainers along with new nissan valves.
Along with everything else i have a 350z revup oil pump. Now next up was what i wanted to do with this car. I want it to be as fast as i can make it within my budget. So i added a Holset HX52 turbo. Kinda big for most people but i think it will fit right at home in my car. Just to make sure it spools just how i like it, i used a 2.25 primary to 2.5 feed pipe with a quick spool valve. This will make sure i dont haev tons of lag out of the massive turbo.
I have installed a NOS wet kit that is setup in two stages. I have a 100shot first stage, that is to get my going then i have a 35 shot second stage, thats to cool the intake temps down. On top of that i have Greddy Emanage Ultimate to tune and a innovate LC1 wideband. To double check my air fuel i have installed a Greddy egt probe and gauge kit to make sure those egt's dont go to high. Well enough of me talking on with some progress pics.
