1997 Eclipse RS
Long story short:
The 5 speed went out in my '96 Base model and I
found this '97 RS for less than the price of a junk yard
tranny. The guy who had it pulled the motor to rebuild and
backed out of the project and listed it on craigslist.
I got it for parts and looking it over it was a lot nicer
that mine so time for the motor swap.
A little about me:
I been in the import game for years. I started driving
Honda's in the '90s. I have been the president of two
car clubs. I don't use the word rice I think you sould build
your car to your liking you have to drive it not me or
anyone else. So have fun with your ride and keep true
to yourself you have to live with what you do.
Very clean body and I like the '97 to '99 front end much better.
The back up lights look even better on the '97.
The inside is really clean it looks light in the the picture
but it is dark gray.

Really wish that when people sell or get rid of a ride. Or have no plans to keep the page updated.That they would delete it.Help keep the site cleaned up some. Really tried of seeing pages that have not been updated for two or three years some even longer. Would just make the site a little nicer to use. Just something to think about I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way.
Any 1st or 2nd gen. Eclipse or Talon owners in or around Newnan Ga. please leave a comment or message on this page. I'm interested in putting together a club and meet. I would like to get as many cars together as I can. So any help would be great with this project.
Not to sure I like this being able to see who rates you what. Just seems to start really dumb high school like fights here. I have seen in most cases when someone rates you 1* most of the time they don't have a ride to display.But its just a rating nothing to cry about. I myself make it a rule to just rate and comment pages I like. So if I rate your ride it is because there is something I really like about it. Just something to think about......And thanks for checkin' out my page.
