Finally got a decent start, I aquired a 'new' engine from my friend Jerod for a steal! Here are the specs:
1969 350 4bolt main .030 over to 355
All ARP fasteners
TRW Forged .100 dome pistons
Polished Eagle Forged I-Beam rods
Forged Eagle crank
Balanced & Blueprinted
Jerod Matlock custom 3.5 inch cold air intake w/ nitrous bung.
I also have a Powerbond balancer, underdrive crank pulley, Moroso 6 quart oilpan, SFI flexplate, and a Speed Pro double roller timing chain. Unfortunately I'm still missing alot of parts to get this baby going :(
Planned setup is:
355 4 bolt main
Pro Topline Iron Lightning 200cc heads with 64cc chambers
Holley Stealth Ram
11:1 compression
GM "847" cam 232/242 .539/.558 - 112
Ed Wright/FastChip dyno tune
Should be good for 380+ RWHP, Hoping for 400... off the bottle :)
