  This is me Josh, and this is my car, a Pontiac G5

It is basically a Chevy Cobalt with a Pontiac symbol.  2007 was the first year the G5 was realesed, but due to the economy, it looks like 2009 will be the last year G5 will be around. :(

It is an affordable car, I bought it when i was 16.  A lot of people like to bash on Cobalts and G5s, but I dont care what they say.  I love my car and it is the only opinion that counts, and you can do a lot of stuff to it to make it faster.  I enjoy driving it, and owning it.

Its a very light car and handles nicely.

I took my car to prom, why not right?  I save $400, and in my opinion it was still a nice ride.  But now down to busniess...

I put on 18 inch Drag-DR-19 Rims.  They are black with a chrome lip.  They are 3 inches bigger than the 15 inch tires that came stock on my car.

My buddy and I painted my calipers and drums ocean mettalic blue.  It looks really good with the black rims, and you can see it the best in the picture below.  (Obviously its a picture of the drum)  We were hesitant to do it at first, but we are so glad we did.  It looks slick in my opinion.

I added a cherry bomb muffler to my car.  Cherry bombs come in red, but my buddy and I sanded it down and painted it ocean mettalic blue to match my calipers and drums.  The muffler sounds amazing and is nice and lound.  I can feel much more pull in my vehicle :)

So basically I am trying to make Silver, Black, and Ocean Blue all flow together.  So far i think it looks perfect.

In my first picture, you can see that Icompletley blacked out my parking lights.

About 110 mph, i took the picture while driving :)  The fastest I have been in my car was 135 mph on the freeway when I first got it.
