Picked up my 2009/2010 GTI this June.
The MK6 GTI has 210BHP and a XDS system helps the car handle better as its a new fancy limited slip diff which makes a big difference getting the power on to the road and handeling.
Its also a very smooth ride when you want it to be as well as being able to drive like your hairs on fire.
VW has moved the game on again with this model.
Sorry to say but i think the US will have to wait until 2010 for this model. Not sure why they do this to US. I know UK is the biggest maket for GTI type cars but its a ass making people wait.
