So heres the story of Big Blu C. My Dad and I were at the spring Jefferson swap meet in the pouring down rain and when i found her i just had to have her. We talked to the old guys for a little bit then made an offer and the car was mine, (father-son project). We got her from friends of the original owners family. The car was origanly bought by an old couple in there 60's and must have been used as the weekend family car or sunday church car. They ending up passing away some time later and the car was givin to a nephew who put it in a barn for 25 years. He got 'Big Blue C' out of the barn and was about to fix it when he got into a motorcylce accident and for various reasons finally decided to give the car back to one of the orginal owners sons and then he ending up giving it to long time friends of the family. Harley and Bob is the guys who were the sold us the fantastic car. These guys were the nicest guys we have ever encountered. They delivered the car to us in Schaumburg, IL and when we realized there was a problem with the title Harley wouldnt take any money until we got the title issue straightend out. So he just left us the car.
