Eurosport Tuning, IPD USA, EVOLVE, BSR and a couple more a very good with Volvo mods. get on Swedespeed Forum. i have a 04 2.5T, although i have done a lot, a quick easy upgrade is an EST intake, the cone filter and shield just pop into where the stock airbox was but you get the turbo to spool up quicker and a little cooler air for it also which is a plus with turbos. not to mention the awesome sound.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YXlrjvXGb3E this is an example.

it took about 20 bucks and 4 hours of work. all you need is 3 cans of duplicolor products. some primer, wheel paint and clear coat. one or two coats of primer, probably 3 or four coats of wheel paint but the more you do the more even it looks and lastly one coat of clear coat. you can skip the clear but be prepared for the paint to chip a little. any other questions let me know

The aftermarket on this model is a bit shy, but you can do allot if your persistent. Take a look at my S60 for example, If you have any questions on where to find aftermarket for the S60 just ask. 5*'s for a fellow Volvo S60 owner...
