This is my DD. It's a 1999 Mazda Protege LX five speed. I've owned it for over four years now and I love it! Has been with me through good and bad times like a faithfull dog.
The first thing I added were the mandatory clear corner lights. It once had the Japan spec Familia units, but I busted one on a fender bender. Now it has cheap ebay lights.
Current mods are a custom made CAI, ACT clutch w 50/50 disk, Goldline springs w KYB struts all around, 16" Proline charcoal wheels with 205/40r16 Marshall tires.
On the inside it's bone stock at simple view, except for the CLARION head unit.
It has 8 speakers concealed on the stock locations and an amplified OHMEGA 12"sub.
It currently has a Boss 400w 4 ch amp, the one I used with the four factory speaker locations. Needs to be upgraded pretty bad, lol!
Future plans: Upgrade the voice amp, and TURBOCHARGE IT FTW!!!
