You're looking at my much loved 2005 Subaru Forester XT.  At approximately 73K miles on the odometer, this vehicle has been extremely well cared for since I became the second owner at approximately 25K miles.  That was in October, 2006 and I've had virtually zero problems in that span of 3 years.  I've made a few performance, appearance and convenience improvements in that time though.  Please read on to learn more.

Exterior

You can tell from these exterior photos that the paint and body are in excellent condition.  The car has spent most of its life in a garage.  See the last page for details and photos of any flaws I can find.

Starting with the exterior, the car is painted Crystal Gray Metallic and the windows were professionally tinted to the maximum legal degree for North Carolina.  Subaru includes roof "rails" on all Forester's but crossbars are an "extra" and are included with the car.  Also included with the car is a towing package with receiver-style hitch .  I have never towed anything with the car.  To help protect the rear bumper when loading/unloading is Subaru's rear bumper cover .  Standard wheels/tires for the Forester were 16" all-season.  Wheels were swapped to the fantastic SSR Competition 17x8 Anthracite w/ machined lip .  These are extremely light and come wrapped in Falken 245/45ZR-17 tires all around with probably 50% tread remaining.
