Only 2 days after I purchased it, i had some ideas in my head that came into action. I went to Autozone and picked up 4 cans of Duplicolor Semi-Gloss Black Ceramic Engine Enamel paint, 2 cans of Duplicolor Clearcoat, and a pack of 320grit sandpaper, and went to town on my wheels.
Also, I inherited a brand new box of red Duplicolor caliper paint, and a new box of black Duplicolor caliper paint. Red for the calipers, and black for the inside hub of the discs, and on top of the disc (to retain the rust that would later build up)
Along with that, the easiest thing to do when painting wheels, is to have on hand a deck or two of regular playing cards, because that makes a perfect shield between the lip of the rim and the tire to prevent overspray without taking the time to tape everything off.

And Sylvania, makes a decent white headlight bulb for about 60 bucks a pair, that have a noticable difference.
