The C6 Z06 brakes, although not the best Big Brake Upgrade, are much better than the stock brakes. The padlet design is not ideal but it can be overcome with single piece pads from Carbotech and other brands. For about $1000 used, the upgrade can't be beat for the money!

I've heard good and bad about the C6 brakes. How do you like running those (as far as performance)? By the way, I love whole black on black color scheme. Very Nice!
