DbacksSkins's 2004 Ford Focus

This is Ruby. I've got a lot more to post later.

I also post at FocalJet and FocusFanatics under the username "Lancer211".

Engine bay:

DbacksSkins's 2004 Ford Focus

This is Ruby's engine bay thus far, although this photo is slightly out of date. The orange snorkel and pipe is the Iceman intake, and the silver metal heat shield to the upper right is part of the FSWerks Cool-Flo intake, as is the blue silicone junction and the cone filter. The slightly-visible cone filter is an ITG Maxogen. The valve cover came from the factory in black plastic and I have since replaced it with an aluminum valve cover from a '95-'97 Ford Contour that was powdercoated red by a Focus owner from the Bahamas. The silver oil cap is sold by Massive Speed Systems, who also provided the hardware, O-rings and Fel-Pro gasket to adapt the valve cover to fit on the Zetec engine found in Ruby. On the far left is a black Degas cover above the coolant reservoir; it came stock on the SVT Focus. To the middle left is the stock heat shield concealing the exhaust manifold; I've since removed the stock exhaust manifold and replaced it with a JBA shorty catforward header.

Planned future mods:

Performance -

Central Florida Motorsports 65mm billet throttle body

FSWerks 2.5" stainless steel stealth performance catback exhaust system

Magnaflow high-flow catalytic converter (to keep her legal)

LenTech automatic transmission street terminator valvebody and expanded and finned aluminum ATX oilpan

Ford Racing high stall torque converter

Escort Focus Performance electronic shift improver

Alto redline clutch packs, frictions, and steels

FSWerks Stage 1 ATX Zetec turbo kit

FSWerks oil cooler

AEM UEGO/wideband O2 sensor

Cruise control

Exterior -

F2 Focus RS standard width sedan body kit

Hella projector headlights

Ford Racing rally brake kit

Vented carbon fiber hood

Interior -

Wet Okele blue/black neoprene seat coverings

SVT Focus instrument cluster bezel

EDM 98 Focus RS steering wheel

Amp/woofers/speakers

Hardwired Escort Passport radar detector

Very sharp Focus. Drop by my ride and nominate it for show off of the week. But only if you like what you see. Take Care man.
