This is my new baby. As you can see it's number 4. If you remember number 3 was a 06 Infiniti QX56 but we had to upgrade and what an upgrade she is, lol. Well I hope yall enjoy looking at her as much as I do. ...
This is my baby when I first got her. Candy Red with the factory 22's, even now she was a problem...
Next up on the agenda was the beats. I took the system out of the Infiniti and just built a new box for the Escalade. As you can see I have 2 15" Memphis Mojo's. I also have 2 Memphis 1000D amps, 1 for each sub. If you could hear how they sound, lol...I went ahead and took the factory Bose out and replaced it the Memphis components(not shown). Added the 2.5 Farad capacitor just as a lil'bonus.
Not to say nothing was wrong with the factory 22's, but you know you can't be on Car Domain ridin' factory so we had to upgrade. My choice of rims this time was the TIS 04's in a 26. I love this rim, its simple, yet it stands out. This was the first rim I had on the Infiniti, but 24's on there. People look at it and think I should lower it, but I love her just way she is. These are from the first day she got her new shoes.
We are almost done with the journey of Athena, lol. How she became a swan from well a swan, lol. As you can see we didn't tint the windows, we didn't put no extra candy on her. Nothing crazy with the interior, no screens or nothing. She is pretty much plain Jane. The only other extra I added to her was I changed the interior lights and added LED's (night pics coming soon). I also added side insert mesh vents and changed the insert grille in the front. That's it and this got her in the 09' Dub Car Show in Dallas. This goes to show you that you don't have to go all out to have a fly Truck....
Here are the pics of the LED's that I promised. They make a huge difference. Nothing like unlocking them doors and letting that interior shine, lol. Love it mayne....
