Welcome on my cardomain profile. This will be a story of our (my & my wife's) Mitsubishi Colt 4WD with Evo 9 engine and drivetrain. The fastest Polish Colt's story begins now !
PS. Sorry for my english ;-)
SPECIFICATION PLANT:

- Ross Pistons prepared by AMS Performance

- Kelford 272' cams
That's for start. Later will be bigger turbo than stock and biggest injectors.

- Evo 9 front axles and driveshatf
Later: upgrades ;-)
First pics after buy: January 2009
And on 7 x 16 OZ Superturismo:
Yes - I know. The body is not perfect, but it doesn't matter ;-). We are first doing a mechanical site, and then will be complete job on exterior.
May 2009:
Step 1: stock engine out ;-)
My wife is making soften the rear of interior:
Evo 9 intercooler - first fit
And IC after painting - this car must be a real sleeper ;-)
Almost like stock ;)
09.06.2009:
Today I've installed Evo 9 6-speed transmission lines. They adjust almost like stock :-)
19.06.2009:
It won't be easy: Evo 9 electric harness does'nt fit to good ;)
24.06.2009:
New stuff in da house:
Evo 9 steering wheel and turbo timer STRI Racing:
10.07.2009:
We had little problems with Evo 9 ACD Transfer Case. I have bought used transfer and I wanted to rebuilt it. It was hard to get a few parts (like OEM bearings), but now we have completely rebuilted transfer - it is like new and it's WITHOUT ACD - but with LSD !
Thanks for comments - they are motivates me to hard work ;)
Meanwhile...
1. Oilcooler from Mocal
2. Forge Dump Valve:
Here is video how it works in my 06 Evo IX MR:
3. Boost Gauge fitted:
4. And... Engine is ready to install !
16.07.2009:
I did'nt know, that this is so huuge, so...
Tadaa ;)
13.08.2009
OK. Now I know, that this SWAP was really not easy. All engine holders must be modified, but after hard work, we made it !
Front mounts:
Here is down holder with mount, that holds transfer case

And at last:
We must modified everything: engine area, transfer case cover, driveshaft, axles and more.
Tomorrow car is going to MG Motorpsort - they will made custom exhaust and intake system.
After this, we will fight with electric, and all eguipment under hood. Later - design ;)
17.08.2009:
Very important gadget ;)
Ok. I was wondered which brakes would be good for my Colt and I choose... Cooper S 2003 brake discs and calipers ;)
Now here is a little curiosity. Right side: driveshaft from Evo 9, left side: driveshaft from Colt - stock. Difference is so huge, that I think, stock Colt driveshaft will holds more power, than a newest driveshaft from Evo
After little breake...

...and a little piece of intake

Spagetti under the hood...
