I bought it May 28th at 7:35. The guys i bought it from swapped a new GTE into it cuz the other had a blown head gasket. They didnt hook up alot of hoses and  ghetto-rigged it, so its got its problems. Currently it needs new pistons, rings, and a valve job. The transmission linkage is messed up too. If you know about any wiring or engine bugs, let me know.

I'm currently (trying) to take the transm,ission out to repair it. After i get it out i have to pull the engine to replace the piston rings and possibly crankshaft and other innerds. Definately wanna take those sunpro gauges off lol.

Got the transmission out the other day!!! The previous owner really tore it up!!! it has a Fidanza aluminum flywheel and HAD a 6 puck clutch in it. There were so many pits in the pressure plate...I'm currently taking the tranny apart so it can be fixed.

I'm in the transmission. Ordered some parts and a first gear synchro and got them the other day. Gonna order a centerforce dual friction clutch and a new steel flywheel insert.

Just figured out yesterday that the turbo shaft has some play in it. Not enough to make it puff white smoke like it is though. Next i gotta pull the engine and do a rebuild. Lucky my dad knows about cars! I'm thinking about putting headers on while the engine is out...im not sure yet

The tansmission is apart and the shaft is ok. I had to order a new 1st hub and thrust washers (the old ones were broken from the previous dummy) going to get it back together then pull the engine, but right now i'm replacing the clutch in my MR2 so it will be a few days before i can work on it.
