Nice Cruiser!! the headlights i have on i got off of Ebay. i paid around $150 for them i think. instalation was very simple, unscrew the plastic inside fendor cover pull it back and unbolt the 4 bolts (i believe there 10mm) and replace.

I got my headlights off ebay, but they were only on for like 3 days and then pulled them off so you just have to constantly be checking and then snag them.

Nice PT! In answer to your question, the exhaust I have on mine has a really "throaty" sound, it's a low tone thats kinda rough.
