Clean Wheels ! Clean Tires & Rims are a must. I use Bleach White even on black walls & a scrub brush to remove dirt & grime. Once tires are fully dry I apply my tire dressing & let it adhere for 20-30 minutes before I roll out. As for my rims I use plain ol' car wash soap & water. Once dry I apply a coat of spray wax or some polish. Make sure the product you choose is not harmful to your wheel. Rim surfaces are easy to blemish.
