sorry so late with a response havent been on in a while. The shifter is a BnM prostick and fits in the original console very well with a little modification. You will have to make a custom trim plate for it as the original woodgrain one will not work.I had mine made from a piece of 1/8" aluminum stock and painted it to match the interior

It is a true Laguna, not an SS but an S-3. I had a '73 Laguna. It looks as if there is a '74 Laguna Nose on a '75 Laguna body. You can buy the door window rubber online from a reproduction '73-'77 Chevelle site. Love these cars!
