This is my '92 Mits 3000GT SL. I bought her for $1000, and am just now getting to know her. She is a little rough around the edges right now, having just come from a crash. Its exactly how I found her, laying there in the back of a lot behind a body shop. The owner had been hyped on drugs when she plowed into a truck, the poor car. She had been sitting there for a little over half a year til I came around to her.

Despite how she appears, the car is in pristine shape, with only just 133xxx miles on her. Its got the 3.0 V6 DOHC Mits motor in it, pumpin' out a factory 222hp. Motor was in great condition, and just needed a new motor mount in the rear. When she was laying in the graveyard of that lot, she had a flat tire and a dead battery. Aired it up, and charged the battery and she was just fine. Tranny is a little rough, but thats alright, I planed on dropping a five or six speed in later anyways to replace the Auto that is in it.

Eventually she is going to need a new bumper, side skirts, door panel and mirrors. I hope to get all that done by this September. At least that is the plan I have. I want to make this car golden again. I am going to keep the Fiji Blue color, because, well honestly, its just the best color on it. Well keep your fingers crossed, its going to be a fun ride!

hey man, me and some guys are having an all Mitsubishi car show on saturday, july 11, 2009 in Longview on the corner of Gilmer road and loop 281 in the old hobby lobby parking lot behind walgreens at 11AM to around 4PM or whenever everyone leaves. We'd really like to see your car there. Maybe ur thinking about not attending because you might not think ur car is show worthy, or its all stock, or its dirty, or perhaps you have a little damage, we dont care what the case may be, we want you and your car there. For more information, you can call or text Logan at 903 539 0760 anytime. Hope to see you there!!

Hey man. Just checking out your 3000. I used to have a 95 Stealth RT with the Automatic and decided to sell it after the transmission gave out on me. Oh well, picked up a 92 SL with a TT swap this year so things are looking ahead. Make sure when you repaint it to keep the Fiji Blue, its a fantastic color. And for a inexpensive exhaust that offers the best performance for the NA 3000gt check out maximalperformance.com. Alright man. See ya.

haha, sounds like you've had fun time :D i can't wait to do that with mine. that would be soo great if i could have your stock stereo, i plan to eventually put Pioneer in mine too but who knows when that will be, that will most likely be the one of the last mods i do to my car so i would definitely love to have the stock one for now :D
