So, I finally got rid of both of the other cars and settled to have one decent vehicle. I really missed my old lifted Jimmy, so I kept my eyes peeled for a decent ZR-2, and luckily enough, I found one that already had the goodies I wanted to add. I picked it up for roughly $5500 ($4000 + my cutlass that had lots of problems). She's been great so far, not a single problem. The only thing wrong is that the ABS light is on, but I assume that's from the larger wheels/tires/lift. I let the torsion bars down a bit, so she sits pretty nicely now, but I need to replace the ball joins all around next time I get a chance. The only "mods" I've done so far are to add a decent stereo with my amp and sub, and I took out the aux tape player and put in a plate with a headphone jack to the aux input of the stereo. Also, yesterday I painted the mirrors body colored, intsead of the craptastic chrome plastic stuff. I have no real mods planned just yet, although I do want to do something with the taillights, but i haven't decided yet. Stick around, Hopefully this summer will bring some changes!
