Just in the past week i bought a 1990 hatch-back lx shell so i could get rid of the vert. so for a week now i have been working on the shell sanding it painted it flat black till i get the motor and everything else in it before i have it painted. I wanna put a GT ground effects kit and a cowl hood before i do that.
So the car i bought has a few problems that i have to work on. At one time it was stolen and the ignition system on the column was broken in bifferent spots. Sense i have to convert it to 5 speed cause its AOD, i might as well swap out the hole steering column. The rear end has 4:10 gears in it but leaks from the front and rear seals. But so far the car is comming along pretty good i have the motor and trans out of the vert and in the hard top. Found out that the guy cut the fuel lines so now i have to replace that to, in the next day or two i will be taking the dash's so i can get the clutch and brake pedal's and clutch cable. here are some pics, check back for more updates..
