I had a bad ass 2006 Tacoma that I had put a lot of time and money into making it an outdoorsmans ride. I put a leer camper shell with roof rack on, built and carpeted a platform to sleep on while camping in the Alaskan wilderness with slots to slide my fishing poles and gear into. I built compartments underneath that I could access while laying down. However, I injured my shoulder and couldnt shift anymore so I had to sell it. Now I have a 2008 V6 4Runner sport edition 4X4. Came with factory goodies like the JBL 9 speaker stereo system, dual deck storage and tow package. I love it almost as much as my Tacoma. I have a few plans for the 4Runner like 3" lift, all terrain tires, possibly a supercharger or cold air intake. We'll see what the wife allows. She might let me get away with tinting the front windows if I am lucky. I was torn between the Sport Edition and the Urban Runner. I really liked the interior seats of the Urban Runner and the bluetooth, but after listening to the stereos between the 2 models and being un-impressed with the Urban Runners stereo setup, I went with the Sport.
