1979 Chevy LUV
So I got this truck in March '09, I got it as a project. Currently it turns on but doesn't run.
The guy that sold it to me said he did a rebuilt on the engine but he was still in the works...
He told me all the ride needed was to be set on time but a mechanic said it needed the spark plugs to be calibrated and also is missing some hoses and parts.
Hopefully I have this ride running by the end of this month (May).
My cousins say this truck came from an old muffler shop called Magic Muffler that owned mostly Chevy's LUV's painted in purple like this one.
So I got many plans for it, after I get it running comes the paint job, the main color will be Flat Black, (what you see in white). Second color would be a glossy sparkly dark gray (purple). There's going to be an outline to the gray color which is going to be white. I will put up more pictures as soon as I paint it and do any work to it. Now just drop a comment or suggestion to let me know what you think.
