this is my project car that im currently building. it will never again be street legal and will only be opend up on the track. i got it from my dads buddy who was planning to build a bracket racer drag car from it but unfortunatly lost the money enabling him to do so. i was 15 when he gave it to me and me my brother and my dad all knew it was to become a stock car for irwindale speedway. the first week i had it we striped it completely; no more air conditioning no more interior no more lights no more unseccisary body fictures no more glass ect ect ect. every since then things have been moving slowly since the economy is bad and no employer wants to hire a 16 year old in high school, but that doesnt stop me from toying with it on weekends. ive made numerous trips to the junkyard swaping parts for alumnium bits and peices and have been shaving tons of weight off stacy. oh and the name, i found a waitress's name tag underneath the seat and ever since then the name kinda stuck. our family has been racing and modifiying cars for as long as any of my syblings were born. my dad use to own and mannage an auto shop and has been on the strip since high school.

above; my dads old vega, 1 of 2 of my brothers racecars his truck, then his late model, then stacy on the hill and my dads super stock project, and both my brothers cars on the drive way.
right now we are trying to find a dye for bending the cage and will shortly be building the cage in stacy. i already have a 350 in the garage waiting for a racing rebuild and a TCI trans waiting for a gear swap once we dyno the motor. hope fully this car will be a quick stepping stone into something faster at toyota speedway of irwindale. i plan on racing the car for one season, destroying :P and selling. she'll be a classic stock. below are just some random pics of stacy.

above; when i got it after some but mainly body striping
