This is my 84 Custom Deluxe.. it was my dad's truck since 89, but he blessed me with it, about 2 years ago,  I was very grateful!!!  It has a new 350 (the original 305 had about 400,000 on it! it still ran, but it was tired).  It's pretty much all stock because of the crappy smog regulations in California.  I've done lil things to it here and there... Put in a tilt column (Which was a junkyard find), painted the rims the color of the truck,  also.. I cleaned up and painted the door panels,  had the side windows tinted, and replaced  the back slider window it had on it for the one on it now, in which i bought from the same dude who tinted the other windows. All in all Its a daily driver, and runs great!!! I have no mechanical problems, had the A/C converted to 134a, and it gets real cold. The top and hood are a bit faded, but it still shines everywhere else.. so next thing i wanna do is have the interior re-upholstered, have it painted again the same color (which is the original color "Saddle Tan")... also the last thing is to put a 89-91 Suburban/Blazer grille on it.. Ill keep it posted as I go...Overrall, I've been able to maintain it relatively cheaply, mainly by doing the work on it myself, and hittin the junkyard's, which are a treasure trove of finds!!!  It's a SOLID Chevy!! The doors, hood, tailgate all shut solid.. no squeeks what so ever.. Its a tank.. I luv it!!! These Square Body Chevy's are making a HUGE comeback!!  Watch out!!!  Thanks for reading, and you all cruise easy out there........
