Exterior- The Wald body kit was designed for the Skyline 350gt sedan and was molded to fit the usdm g35. The rear lip needed the most work because it was designed around the 350gt liscense plate, and has now been molded completely flush. All the chrome trim on the car was covered with gloss black vinyl to give it the murdered look. The tailights and side markers were also covered and will soon be painted black along with the headlight bezels. Under Construction Again...9/24/09

Interior- 6 speed manual sedans are rare, espesially with a black interior. Even with black interiors all g35's come with tan headliner and pillars. To keep with the murdered look I wraped the headliner and pillars in black suede and painted all the aluminum trim peices black. I also had the dashboard, JDM dbl din stereo kit, shift console, boot, and door handles sueded which covered most of the factory aluminum on the inside. Im looking to do the seat and door inserts in diamond stitched suede soon.






System- Went for the clean/functional/show look. The whole trunk has been flushed and false-walled off then wrapped in the same black suede as the inetrior. Two Soundstream Reference 12's are hidden in a box that was built to spec for this exact sub/amp/car combination. They fire thru a custom port built into the space in rear deck where the oem bose sub was before which has also been covered in suede. Shit gets down.





Wheels-Wheels are 20x 8.5 +38 front and 20x 10 +40 rear Sevas S-22. They are body color matched with candy red lip stripe. They may be sold soon and replaced with a set of Wald Streifens, Work t1s or something lighter and forged.


Exhaust- The Borla is a tru dual system with 2.25 piping. I swapped the straight thru Borla premuffler for a Magnaflow 11385 resonated X muffler so the exhaust would have a cross in the path. This gives the car very noticable low end torque and pedal response back that is typically lost with bolt-on mods to these VQ motors. It also makes the exhaust note higher pitched and very simmilar to a coupe or FX, while also reducing drone. I also have Ichiba headers, Kinetix high flow cats, an Injen intake, and a 5/16 plenum spacer. Ill get some exhaust clips up soon.

Performance- My car made 270 hp and 260 lb/ft tq to the rear wheels on the dyno at S&R Performance before I had the headers or x-pipe. I plan on going forced induction in the near future. Im looking to be around 400 rwhp with a low boost application; most likely a single turbo or a supercharger like the Procharger, Vortech or HKS. I want to maintain the daily driveability to keep it reliable and out of the shop. I dont need or want crazy amounts boost because of the gears Im running. The 4.083 final drive gears are the sickest mod Ive done to this car so far. They are very agressive as is and multiply torque significantly in every gear. With just the bolt ons, clutch/flywheel, tune, and these gears Ive rolled on much more powerfull cars such as e46 m3's, e39 m5's , sti's, srt8's and many others! Noone expects an NA sedan that will spin thru 3rd gear on 20"s... With 5-7 psi of boost this car will be fuckin nasty and the short gearing will make up for any turbo lag.
