Rebuilding headpipe to cat. Finally with 3inch pipe with 90 degree manderal bent. Wanted 3inch turbo to cat anyways then 2.5 to magnaflow then 3inch again magnagflow 2x 2inch outlet (pics soon)
I've been working on this 1990 240 DL Estate (wagon) for a few years now. Before this car i didnt kno anything about cars or did i have a license :( Lately i seem to know everything about cars i guess im pro. So yeah i plan on using my other Volvo that i bought to make this wagon Volvo a turbo racer. Its my daily driver and everyday racer its fast for what it is, 4 cylinder 2.3litre, and a station wagon. Its RWD with limited slip differential LSD not acid tho hahahaha. After the turbo swap itll be 2.3 turbo intercooler with close to 300 hp!!!! Right now i have about 150 about tho. Came stock with 115 hp. Enjoy my profile!!!
What a Volvo 240 wagon with a wing?!?! And just wait until my 740 turbo intercooler engine setup is finished. Already got the donor for 500 bucks :)

Watch out for this guy he's going to be turbo intercooler soon. Already got a 740 t.i donor for $500. The cleanest 3 owner, old people, motor on earth! Not only cuz it's a Volvo B230ft but cuz its got me working on it.
Got the rear maroon Draco 15's on. And those gross 14's on the front.
Pretty clean for being on a dirt road.
This is my non-turbo engine. Its not the original but it runs great. I use K&N oil filters with an Earth magnet attached (Thanks IPD). Change oil every 3000miles. Pretty legit. Got the MSD 4 cylinder wires, Spark plug socks, MSD Ignition Coil, Header wrap, althought this picture is old its what up! Can't wait til im showing the turbo setup :)
