the car i started with is a 65 buick skylark 2dr sedan ( thin piller coupe). the car is factory black, with one maaco black respray, and has the all original blue base bench seat interior. power comes from a 300 ci " wildcat 310" 2bbl V8, backed by a turbo 400 3 speed auto trans that replaces the original "turbine 300"  2 speed ( buicks virsion of the toruqeflite). the rear axle is currently the original buick 10 bolt posi unit.

i got the car when i was 13, with a blown trans but very complete. the turbo 400 was free, and with my dads help i quickly stuffed it in and used the car to putt around in to the pool and such with my friends trying to look cool, haha.

that lasted the rest of the summer, and i noticed the front and rear windsheilds leaked a lil bit when it rained. an errent stone chip & crack in the windsheild at the begining of fall prompted me to tear the car down and give some attention to weatherstripping & other interior parts.

progress has been slow for the past 4 years, but i hope to get it togeather sometime this summer.
