Dragon_Reaper's 1988 Ford Ranger

Here is sits right after i bought it for 70$ it has a 4 cyl 2.3l the head was wasted but the bottom end was just rebuilt. The cyl still had the cross hatching and it was bored .30 over. The transmission is a 5-speed mazda.

Dragon_Reaper's 1988 Ford Ranger Heres what the cylenders looked like when i removed the head

It runs great now it only took $300.00 to fix everything. Ive been driving it for a bout 6months and had to replace a few more parts along the way now i have 800.00 in it total and ive driven it over 250mi non stop with no problem.

ive added a cold air intake                Dragon_Reaper's 1988 Ford Ranger

     MSD Coil

     Braided vacume lines

     40 Series flowmaster

     Large port mustang head

The thing runs like a tuner car now but doesnt handle as well as ide like in wet weather. It spins the tires soooo easy when its wet its not even funny im in third with it floored befor it even starts to move. On dry ground however it will squal the tires a lil but grabs so hard i broke a motor mount. its hard to power brake with three pedles but when i get it right it covers the truck in a cloud of smoke.  I plan to lower it soon im going to cut the springs to lower it 2.5in in front the put camber adjustment pins to correct the alignment. and for the rear im going to put in a newer model rear end out of a explorer, the springs are under the axle on the explorer. and currently there on top on the ranger plus the new explorer has rear disk brakes so its a tripple win stronger rearend lower and disk brakes.
