Just bought a 97 Jetta GL. 5 speed. So far no complaints except my reverse slips. Can't figure out which VW I should trick out. This one or my golf? ANy suggestions?

came with a clean interior, but the driver seat wobbles, I think the first thing I need to do is find some nice racing seats. The 2.0 engine was clean and runs like a champ.

 Both bumpers have little dings in them. They both need to be repainted.

Here's the set of rims I'm putting on it.

17 inch allumium deep dish with 2 and a half inch lip. They were in rough shape when I bought them.

 CURBED UP, EVERY RIM WAS SCRATCHED! HE MUST NOT KNOW HOW TO DRIVE IN NEW YORK!

SO I sanded them down and repainted them, Just waiting for the tires to come UPS and these bad boys are going on the Jetta. More pics in a week or so.

Hey just tossed new outer tie rods on the car, pics coming soon, just need an alignment and my rims will be going on. I understand there is way hotter cars on this site, but mine will get there soon, its a slow process, check back soon! peace

5-22-2009 just added a little bump to the ride, ran the wires, and put my alpine mp3 player with the ipod psp attatchment. Next i'll be mounting my psp somewhere below the radio.

Here's a little kicker 12 i just tossed in there for now.

New alpine radio with the psp / ipod attachment. I also installed a 3 way lighter  socket to power everything. (You cant really see it, it's mounted to the passenger side. Right now I have the navigation wedged in the window above the radio but I'm gonna be getting tstick on window thing. All in due time. TIRES/LOWERING SPRINGS ARE ON THE WAY!!!

I ripped the seat out and buried my amp underneath it. It fit just right. Just gotta get my capacitor in there before I toss so heavy shit in the trunk. But this is good enough for now.
