Shock_666's 1977 AMC Pacer     Shock_666's 1977 AMC Pacer

I purchased my 1977 AMC Pacer Base Model Coupe on 5-4-09. It has a 3spd/auto/column transmission, and a 258-2v I-6 engine. I'm going to document its restoration here. Here are some more pictures.

The interior is in really good condition, it just needs a good cleaning. The windshield is cracked but the seller included another one. The paint is the original "Sunshine Yellow." The interior is tan Navajo bucket seats. The only major rust is on the floorboards, and the bottom of the quarter panels. Nothing much to worry about. The car has 116k miles on it.

Whatever you do, get the body acid-dipped and e-primed. Kill the rust forever! My dad found the door panels for MoPacer on evilbay for $200. He said never before or since has he seen a pair of NOS door panels in any color. GOOD LUCK!
