ERISER89's 1989 Dodge D-Series Pick-Up

The day that I got it. Body wasn't half bad except on the drivers side and some other places, it had a big dent right in front of the drivers side taillight and on the passengers side fender. It also had some spots of rust on the quarter panels and at the bottom of the doors. The transmission was said to had a shift kit in it, but that was a lie, overdrive was shot and it wouldn't go faster than 50. But I still kept It.

Finally, I got some lowering springs, and lowered the front 2 inches. I am still waiting to get some more money to put into lowering the rearend. When i drop the rearend, I plan to go 4 inches to make it sit level. I thought about bagging it, but thats not for me.

I Finally got around to pulling the dent out of the quarter panel. I was surprised that it came out that easy. No bondo, or bodyfiller used whatsoever, just alot of time. Then once that got done, I moved to the passenger side fender.

The passender side fender had to have bondo put into it. It did come out fairly easy, but was a pain in the dick. Finally got done though.

I then worked on getting the rest of the truck painted. I now am working on getting the rest of the little spots of rust taken care of. I plan to remove the bumpers, shave the seam at the top of the cab, take the cargo light off and shave it, fill in the holes left behind from the original emblems, and paint the truck flame red. I did forget to mention my beauty rings, I also plan to find some baby moon centers and put on it.

I did get a new grille, and took the ram off of the hood, along with the ram logos on the fenders. I plan to fill in those spots as well. Do have a cowell hood but won't fit right so I plan on working on that. Also planning on putting a dump tube under the drivers side fender for the exhaust.

New headlights, and parking lights as well as tailights. Would like to find a set of clear tailights. Actually has come a long long way from the day that I first got the truck. Forgot to mention all of the things done to the motor but too much to list. If you took the time to read this far, and still want to know about the motor or anything else about the truck, just ask I'll tell you.

Cool truck bro, Technically,i think you may be a Power-Ram,,but keep it here anyway. There are a few people looking for that particular front bumper if its in good shape. Welcome to the club 5*'s
