This is my 1998 Corsa B 1.2i GLS

In June 2008 i bough this car as standard. It said 118,000 miles on the clock but had recently had a reconditioned engine after the timing belt went. I bought this Corsa for £800 and ive only had the odd problem with it i.e new radiator and gasket done. It could be the most reliable car ive had. Ive previously had a Y reg Peugeot 106, L reg Corsa B 5 door, X reg Saxo Forte 1.1i and a R reg 1998 Ford Fiesta 1.4. These 1st three pictures are from when i got it.

After a few months thinking what i wanted to do to the car i decided the 1st thing was the grill. 2nd i got some Sony door speakers with built in tweeters. I got some 6x9 Vibe speakers in the parcel shelf. I got a Pioneer head unit.

I then got my Sportex back box with 3" tail pipe off Ebay and my Wolfrace Pro Sprint 15" Alloys with Toyo Proxies from a shop in Oldham called Wheelbase.

I got my Vauxhall mud flaps off Ebay too for £15

I got my tinted rear lights from Ebay for £30 and got my windows tinted. I got my suspension lowered 40mm. I wanted 60 but couldnt be arsed with the wheel arch modifications!

After sorting the back out, I got my angle eyes put on. Under the bonnet ive only taken out the air filter box and replaced it with a cheap induction kit.

1 week after fitting them, i crashed it on a roundabout in Nelson Lancs. It blew my new radiator, smahed my lights in, smashed in my bonnet and passenger side wing. Luckily, my alloys were untouched and im glad i dont have an airbag!

I am getting my car resprayed on Sat 2nd May but this time im going for a matt black bonnet and getting some more angel eyes. Need a new bumper too.

After ive got my car back, i want my car de-badging and the door strips to come off. I want my door handles and mirrors colour-coding. I want a single wiper conversion for the front but want a complete smooth out for the boot. At some point in the near future i want an engine transplant. Maybe an Astra 1.6 or something. I want a new full exhaust system too.

Thanks for looking at my page, please leave comments as to what you think. Am i going in the right direction or do you think im wasting my time and money?

Ive just got my car back. Matt black bonnet, new red wing, new bumper and my angel eyes put in. Hopefully, these lights will be in one peice after a week!

On the bonnet, there is still the window washing jets to go on which will be red. I havent decide wether to put on a sticker on the bonnet just above the grill. The sticker i have in mind is just the Griffin logo in red. The other idea i had was to have VAUXHALL in joint up italic writting but not in capital casing, just above the driver side light, going diagonally, or following the shape of the top of the light.
