~~~***DC's BUS***~~~
Alright, need some help with this big ass van. I want to hear from members who own one, dropped one, etc. First things first.... limo tinted it and installed security/keyless entry/remote start. Currently getting the a/v designed. Thinking of a 20" flip down, but possibly going to do a 15 in front and a 10 in the rear, so 2 screens. let me know if you have seen anything larger than 20" lcd flip downs. Would rather put a larger one in front and not put one in rear. Want to get new rims asap... sucks cos these are 8 lug rims. Also, PLEASE let me know if you can refer me to a nice drop kit for this beast.
since u have the 8 lug it is gunna be a bit harder trying to lower it but try lookin into the dropped components from GM dually pick ups. that could help u out a bit. the back, lowering blocks for the leafs will do the trick easy. take a look at www.djmsuspension.com they have universal lowering block kits that fit almost anything steal or aluminum 1s. they got a good selection on lowering parts so check them out. u could also get them custom made or see if other trucks like dodge or even ford have "like" components...do ur research to see whats best. Also look for the rear flip kits as well. the flip kit moves the axle from under the leaf to on top of the leaf spring. djm has it
