Yes they are 24's yes they do fit and if you have anything less then you are jealous. I will not tell you what wheel i have on here for obvious reasons but i will tell you that it is a 24 x 9.5 with a +15 offset and if you dont know your bolt pattern is 6 x 5.5 or 6 x 139.7. The tires are 295/35 and I would not go any lower than a 35 tire because potholes can be costly. The rim and sidewall are close to flush maybe a fraction inside the lip of the fender which is what i wanted. Personally i think big rims and tires that stick out beyond the fenders look fuckin' retarded. Now I was able to keep the running board and eliminate rubbing up front by cutting a little off the running board endcap and cutting some metal from the fender well, trust me it wasn't much took about an hour and if you have a grinder, cutting wheel or sawzall you can do it too. 20% tint all the way around, drums painted flat black, drilled and slotted rotors, sport hood with scoop and also EFX 8000K bi xenon headlight kit (buy EFX kits they come with a lifetime warranty). I busted one of the foglight bulbs as soon as I get a replacement and install I will post pics. As you can see I got the clear corner lenses and installed super white LED bulbs behind them, the clear bumper lenses got a pair of chrome amber bulbs (to pass inspection cause virginia sucks. I finally found smoked LED taillights made by Eagle Eyes which give the rear a nice look. You know I have seen some people say on here that 24's on a 4runner look rediculous because the overall size and wheelbase is smaller than american made suv's and trucks but I get compliments and i turn heads all the time. If you are considering anything 20 or bigger go with 24's you'll be glad you did and if you don't i know you will regret it. any questions hit me up.
