What is a PreRunner?
In order to understand the premise of the show you must first understand the term
PreRunner and the ensuing craze, keeping in mind that today a PreRunner can be a
fifteen hundred dollar piece of crap to a quarter of a million dollar F1 car hidden
inside a full size truck or SUV.
The laypersons explanation:
The term "PreRunner" originally meant a vehicle that was not a race vehicle, but
was used to go around a racecourse prior to a race so that someone could
familiarize himself or herself with the course, or in other words, a PreRunner is used
to prerun a course.
Today, the term "PreRunner" is used to typically describe a twowheel drive truck
that has been modified to handle the rough terrain of the desert at a high rate of
speed. Our Jeep JK is being built to not only PreRun a racecourse but to keep an eye
on the action during the actual race hence the thermal camera.
The PreRunner phenomenon is sweeping the west, moving towards the East and
gaining a foothold in society and it'd be nearly impossible to drive the freeways
today without seeing one.
The "PreRunner look" is obtained usually by mounting flared fenders, which allows
for better tire clearance, performance or race shocks, a tubular bumper and skid
plate, and bigger and more aggressive tires. The typical stance of a PreRunner is
characterized by having the front sit slightly higher than the rear so it tracks better
off road at high speeds.

Give your Jeep Wrangler JK a “Chubby” with the new Stonehenge Series “Chubby” winch bumper.  The “Chubby” accommodates either an 8000 or 10,000# winch that mounts feet first into the back of the ¼” thick steel bumper so the load force is spread out over a more even surface effectively eliminating torsional loading.

The “Chubby” comes standard with 1” thick “D” ring mounts centered between the factory bolts aiding in strength for self-recovery.  The “Chubby” mounts to the front of your JK utilizing the factory mounts; no drilling and no special hardware is needed.

The factory bumper hardware is retained; simply remove the 8 bolts holding the bumper on, discard the factory bumper and install the Stonehenge Series “Chubby” winch bumper.

The final step is stand back and admire your “Chubby”, take it out for a spin around the block and let everyone else admire your “Chubby”.  Don’t feel like you have to put your “Chubby” away when your done, it likes to be used hard.

The next idea in rear bumper design, the Stonehenge rear bumper/tire swing is the lightest JK rear bumper/tire swing on the market.

Weighing in at just 75lbs the SRPBTS can be shipped UPS.

Finishlinewest has been building off road race trucks and pre runners for 20 years, using that knowledge of what can survive the brutality of going fast in the desert we designed the next generation of JK bumpers.

Born from off road racing, the Stonehenge PreRunner rear bumper/tire swing is easy to install and makes removing or performing tire changes easier than traditional Jeep tire carriers.  No more fumbling in the extreme heat of the desert, extreme cold of the mid-west or extreme rain of the south-east, kick the tire up into it's basket with your knee, ratchet it down and drive away.

The SRPBTS has an incorporated secondary latch system to prevent accidental pop opens while driving and uses limit straps to keep the swing from opening too far and damaging your JK tailight

In the drop down menu are all of the current options available, should you wish to order "The Full Monty" version which is the bumper with every option including powdercoat choose TFM version only and checkout.

We installed a set of Rubicon axles with 5:13 gears which complement the 5.7 Hemi quite nicely.  This Jeep now goes everywhere with nary a wimper.

We build custom Jeeps in house also, if you would like us to build you an unstopable ride call us, Finishlinewest 760-885-6054
