Surface Rust Exterior

Minor rust seen on some parts of the body, hinges, seams, hooks, and at scratches. The paint is not as glossy as a new paint job anymore and I'm sure its faded from the color it was new. The roof is very dull from being exposed to the elements. But the color is even and not discolored.
(Remember this is a 20 year old trailer that has been outside. It can't be simply taken to a paint shop like a car, so these issues are to be expected on something this old in original paint.)
That being said.... I will be going out there this Sunday to try to address the rust. If all goes well I will have it all fixed this weekend!
So out we went and addressed what we could. Got things sanded and in primer. Going out this Sunday again to finish it all up.
Scratches
Some body rust
Some rust on joints
Rust on hooks where they were originally welded on
Rust at hinges due to opening and closing over the years.
This is the only spot like this. The clear or paint bond has failed
Some rust on the edges of the panel
Someone hit the trailer and there is a dent and rust. The dent is minor.

Dressing Room Flooring

Due to Ripped off Vent cover and water running down. Seems to be localized to the corner.
Here is the picture of the underside of the dressing room.., The damage is not all the way thru.

Feed Room Floor Issue

Not sure what started this on Passenger side floor. Localized to the passenger side right against the door.
Here is the pics of the underside... this has gone thru, but is isolated to the passenger side only and just the first foot of flooring. It spans over 2 support beams front to back.
