to mount my seats i had to cut the brakets off the stock seats and i welded them to a steel sqaure plat. after the brakets were mounted to the plate i drilled holes in the plat and bolted the seat to the plat.

for the grill i bought the grill for i but i had to cut out the center part of the grill and insert the stainless still grill in the middle, it took some work. i got the seats from racinx.com
