HERE ARE A FEW PICTURES FROM THE LOCAL AUTOCROSS (8-22-09)
i wasn't running very good times, as you can tell by the left pic my stock shocks are shot!
waaay too much squat goin on

the last 3 runs were in the dark, that was fun

i just wanted to get a pic of the newly revised front end, looks cleaner i think
blue highs, nokya arctic purple lows, and some LaminX over the fogs

so i did the "HD lip" and for only 15 bucks, i think it looks good
( i actually hit a nasty pot hole when i was out of town and had to rip the HD lip off )

BELOW; i know you can see where i chipped off a litle bit of paint by the hub of the wheel, but the OE caps were a little different than the ones that are actually supposed to go in these wheels...i'll touch them up soon!

BELOW; i still had my OE wheels hangin out in the garage, so i thought i'd check and see if the center caps would fit, ALAS, they did....so i had paint left over from my wheels and calipers, so i got some ambition this weekend and taped off the emblem and started painting away....i know they aren't perfect, but i dont think they turned out too bad, definately something different!!

LATEST PIC FROM 5.2.09...local autox event, running stock with just springs and upper strut and Nitto NeoGens..i was running consecutive 85 seconds or so, not bad for never doing it before and on street tires

got my calipers painted gold this weekend and also got my black lugs put on...ill get pics posted soon
I made a new page because my other one was being retarded. I picked up some new wheels ICW Mach 10 .. 17" wrapped in Nitto NeoGen 205-40
The Mach 10's will be my summer tires, i was going to get some high performance Falken Azenis, but not like im going to be autocrossing all that much, so i just wanted a nice tire thats comfortable and still sticky. My other wheels and tires will be my winter combo since the Kumho's are all-season
the new wheels are just spray painted, starting with Krylon black primer (3 coats) then Duplicolor High Heat "ceramic" flat black (3 heavy coats) and Krylon flat clear (3 heavy coats)...thanks to Nate, he helped with all the prep and painting of them.
the wheels are a +38 offset, alot of people said they will not fit unless i rolled my fenders...well i have pictures below that say the +38 fits beautifully...I am going to paint my calipers metalic gold instead of the red they are now, it looks good now, but everyone else has red calipers it seems...and i also have anodized black lugs that im going to put on to complete the stealth look.

<<just messing w/ the settings on the camera

<i need side skirts badly

<freshly installed

<average sized speed bump, not a good picture, but i have maybe 1/2 inch of clearance..whoa..
<vibrant upper strut
<Magnaflow muffler with 2 1/4inch cat back piping
<this is my winter wheel / tire combo now
