Marks-Firebird's 1973 Pontiac Firebird

This is my 1973 Firebird Formula 400, 4spd, Ram Air Restoration project...

She is a complete frame off restoration and took three years from start to finish too get to this point...  Only things left to complete now are Windshield Wiper Motor, Sunvisor, and Rear Sway Bar, then just a little wax and she is done.  Everything, and I mean everything was gone through on this Restoration.  She is a numbers matching Automobile, but we did upgrade from a non-gauge Firebird to a full factory gauge dash, and we did upgrade to an HEI {Mallory/GM Style} ignition.  I hated setting points when I was kid, and I was not going to spend all this money and still have to adjust points…  All the wiring in the Firebird was replaced/upgrade with factory reproduction wiring to make sure everything worked as the day she rolled off the Dealership Floor and the upgrades would not have any problems.  All being said the Restoration cost close to $90k when you add in my labor, and although I will never get it back, when she drives down the road it is well worth it to do it the correct way…..

More pictures to come …..  Thanks for looking at my “Bird”…
